How to request a refund
Email support@proxyrouter.app with your purchase email or your Paddle receipt/order number. We usually process within 2 business days.
How the refund is issued
Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, so refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Paddle. Timing depends on your bank or card network. Once refunded, the associated license is deactivated.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription anytime; it stays active until the end of the current billing period. The 14-day guarantee applies to your first billing period.
